RW Hosting Team provides web hosting to a large number of clients. We have a
responsibility to protect each client and provide the best services available.
The following guidelines have been established to insure this intent is met.
Content: All services provided by RW Hosting Team may be used for lawful purposes
only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or
material in violation of any United States Federal, State or City law is prohibited.
This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to
be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secrets and other
statutes. RW Hosting Team is not responsible for any claims resulting from the use of
our service. This is also true for sites that promote any illegal activity or
content that may be damaging to RW Hosting Team servers or any other server on the
internet. Links to such materials are prohibited. This also includes, but not limited
to Adult sites, pirated software, hacker programs/archives, MP3, and Warez sites.
Background running programs: we allow programs to run continually in the
background. These are considered on a one to one basis and an extra charge
will be incurred based on system resources used and operational maintenance
needed. IRC: We currently DO NOT allow IRC or IRC bots to be operated on
our servers.
Commercial Advertising - Email (SPAM): Spamming, or the sending of
unsolicited email, from a RW Hosting Team server or using an email address that is
maintained by RW Hosting Team is STRICTLY prohibited and will qualify your site for
immediate deactivation with no refund. RW Hosting Team will be the sole arbiter as to
what constitutes a violation of this provision. Additionally claims investigated
by RW Hosting Team about spam from any of our users or users of theirs, will be fined
and billed for such work. The fee for such an instance if you are found to be at
fault is $.50 per email sent and up to a $500 fine per incident.
Server abuse: Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to any RW Hosting Team
server or customer of RW Hosting Team is strictly prohibited. RW Hosting Team holds no
responsibility for the use of our clients' accounts. Any account the abuses
resources and actions are not taken to desist, calls for immediate de-activation
without any refund of payments made thus far. Any site using what we deem to be
using excessive cpu cycles or any resources that cause strain to other sites may
also be offered new terms.
Bandwidth: All sites hosted by RW Hosting Team have the privilege of unthrottled
bandwidth. This means your site is placed on our ultra fast servers and
connected to multiple backbones which allow a user to surf your site at
unrestricted speeds. If they surf your site using a 56k modem or a 45mbps DS-3,
your site will always reachable. Your are not penalized for the high bandwidth
web surfer that creates high traffic spikes. Sites are not restricted to a
traffic rate but if your sites monthly usage is above your monthly total allotment
you will be asked to upgrade to the next package. We will work with clients to
keep their sites alive and fast at all times. Monthly totals for each package are
as follows: Budget = 3gig, Standard = 10gig, Advanced = 12gig, and Supreme pkg = 15gig.
Extra bandwidth is billed at $5 per Gig.
Back-ups: RW Hosting Team performs daily backups on all of our servers to ensure critical
files are never lost. Our server software does create daily backups for users sites
that you may download on your ownrestore a file any user has accidentally deleted or
modified. The back-up restoration is for emergency procedures only.Your are advised to
backup all of your own files to your local drive. RW Hosting Team is NOT responsible for lost
data, time, income or any other resource due to faulty backups or non-existant back-ups.
Billing: Payments are due onthe 10th day of every month. Accounts 5 days past
due will be de-activated. Accounts 10 days past due will be deleted from the server
without a refund of any payments made thus far. If any terms or conditions are
failed to be followed the account in question will be automatically deactivated.
You are also giving up permission to register your site for you when selecting "new domain"
in the order form of our site. We will use your credit card provided to register such
services for you and ensure the correct name servers are used saving you time and money.
Cancellation: Cancellation can be made via email to sales@right-web.net.
Although no notice is required, and there is no cancellation fee, all fees paid for
service up to the notice of cancellation are non-refundable. If cancellation is made
within the first 30 days of service all hosting fees will be refunded. This does not
include fees for domain registration. We reserve the right to remove any account
without advanced notice for any reason. RW Hosting Team sees fit.
Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at
our sole discretion.
These terms may be modified at any time and without notice. All users previous
and new are always subject to the newest terms posted here at all times.
